How do I return an item?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 5 (five) calendar days of purchase, by:

with details of the product and the defect. Please include pictures of the damaged/defective product via email. You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, but no more than 15 business days, whether an exchange or store credit applies as a result of the defect, and we will proceed with either as applicable.
Exchanges/credits are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 5 (five) calendar days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 5 (five) days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
This return policy applies to Online Sales only. We do not accept returns or exchanges for in-store purchases.
