Return Policy 

We are not accept returns, with the rare exception: 

If an item is received damaged (broken or leaking) or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately via e-mail or by calling (870) 807-2050. Refunds are contingent upon review of your case.  Send pictures of the damaged items  in their original container via e-mail.  Again you MUST contact us immediately upon receipt of your order, if your product is damaged. 

If the packaging is damaged, customer is responsible to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
